most independant label producing garage around that time had what's known as a P&D deal (Pressing & Distribution). Mo's music wasn't the label, it just had the rights to press and distribute any quantity it liked for a period of one year. Since the cost of the cutting and metalwork work was taking out of the profits the label owned them. This meant after 1 year they could ask for the metal work. this rarely happened. Due to small storage space in pressing plants after a certain period of time the metal work would be destroyed. The only way to get the rare tracks is to contact the artists who should still have the original DAT tapes from which the track was cut. I hope this helps.
